They don’t call it retail therapy for nothing. Shopping can actually make you happy, a study has found.
Treating yourself to something nice at the shops apparently has a ‘lasting positive impact on mood’ and leaves ‘few if any negative emotional side-effects’.
For those of you who know me well will know that I love shopping.
I can shop almost everyday and not get tired of it.
I love shopping a lot.
To me, shopping gives me an instant mood boost and I can shop anytime and anywhere.
In a week, I can buy up to about 10 apparels or more. Crazy, isn’t it?
So the next time you’re feeling down, go do some shopping and I’m sure you’ll feel better.
Like a lot a lot better.
Happiness comes from mastering the art of appreciating.
Happiness is not a happening; it’s a state of mind. You can have everything in the world and still be miserable. Or you can have relatively little and feel unbounded joy.
Happiness is NOT based on what you achieve or acquire.
Instead, it comes from mastering the art of appreciating and consciously enjoying what you already have.
We might not have everything in the world, but what truly matters is to appreciate the things and people around you. By learning how to appreciate others, you will have the ability to make someone’s day. And in return, there will be someone else who will make your day by appreciating you too 🙂
Stumbled upon this while surfing weheartit.com 🙂

And I’m not kidding.
You see, it doesn’t take a lot to be happy.
Sometimes, by just looking at these pictures, you’d feel good.
