They don’t call it retail therapy for nothing. Shopping can actually make you happy, a study has found.

Treating yourself to something nice at the shops apparently has a ‘lasting positive impact on mood’ and leaves ‘few if any negative emotional side-effects’.

For those of you who know me well will know that I love shopping.
I can shop almost everyday and not get tired of it.
I love shopping a lot.

To me, shopping gives me an instant mood boost and I can shop anytime and anywhere.
In a week, I can buy up to about 10 apparels or more. Crazy, isn’t it?
So the next time you’re feeling down, go do some shopping and I’m sure you’ll feel better.
Like a lot a lot better.
